The kitchen includes a built-in combination oven and microwave, an electric stove, a dishwasher and there is a separate utility cupboard housing a washer/dryer. The living area has a wall mounted LCD TV with built in DVD player and there is a real gas fire. The sofa converts into a double bed so it is possible to accommodate 4 people.
