The elegant drawing room is furnished with comfortable sofas (one of which converts into a double bed) surrounding the large feature fireplace and dining table. This room overlooks the churches of St John's and St Cuthbert's and Princes Street beyond. There is a TV and DVD player.
The spacious master bedroom has views out to the rear of the property and provides a king size double bed and large fitted wardrobes. The second double bedroom overlooks the front of the building.
The galley style kitchen is very well-equipped and includes an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer.
The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over, toilet and was hand basin.
