This first floor flat (one flight of stairs) is in a traditional 200 year old building. Princes Street is so close you can see it from the living room and front bedroom. The Castle and Royal Mile is a 10 minute walk away.

The accommodation comprises one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The living room which overlooks the tree lined churchyard and beyond to Princes Street has a feature fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player, sofa bed and dining table. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, wash hand basin and toilet.
