These luxurious 1 bedroom flats are located in an elegant Georgian townhouse (built around 1780), less than a 5 minute walk from central Princes Street and provide a very high standard of accommodation. The Old Town and Royal Mile are within a 15 minute walk.

The first floor unit (up one flight of stairs), apartment 2, is superbly furnished and is wonderfully bright and airey having 3 large windows overlooking the delightful private Queen Street gardens (key is provided). The two large sofas convert into beds should guests be staying over. The modern kitchen has granite worktops and is fully equipped with a Miele washer/dryer, Siemens dishwasher, two Siemens ovens - one with microwave - fridge freezer, waste disposal unit and wall-mounted LCD TV. There is a 3 ring electric induction hob and a large gas ring to choose from. The luxury shower has a ceiling 'drench' head and 4 body jets. The bedroom, situated to the quiet rear of the property, has a fantastic antique 4 poster bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table.

The apartment overlooks the private Queen Street Gardens for which a key is provided. This is a peaceful haven in the middle of the city centre with manicured lawns, mature trees and an array of beautiful flowers and shrubs.

“Lovely flat in perfect location for great restaurants, shopping, gardens, tram/bus/train, tours. Fifteen-minute walk from all popular areas of Edinburgh: Stockbridge, Waverly, Old Town, etc. Flat is clean, spacious and relaxing, with both traditional Georgian features as well as modern stylish fixtures. We loved it. Bedroom is quiet and private even though flat faces a busy main street. The fire place in the sitting room was my favorite detail, so cozy after a day of walking around in the chill or rain in December. By the way, Edinburgh is gorgeous at Christmas!”
