This one bedroom apartment is located on Rose Street, which runs between Princes Street and George Street and can therefore boast a superb position in the very centre of Scotland's capital.

The apartment is on the first floor of a traditional New Town tenement that was built around 1790. It can accommodate 2 people very comfortably although this can be increased to accommodate 3 using the sofa-bed in the living room. The lovely, bright sitting room has a Smart TV which has multiple digital channels and a view over Rose Street. The dining kitchen has all your standard electrical appliances including electric oven, stove and washer/dryer. The shower room has an electric shower and the double bedroom (please note it is small!) has a standard double bed and a good sized wardrobe. Please note the bedroom is accessed off the living room. Both the bedroom and living room overlook the street . The windows have secondary glazing, however at weekends the street can get quite lively!

Cozy Place

“Clean and cozy place to stay. We enjoyed the location of the apartment in the pedestrian area, many shops, ATM, pubs and supermarket are in a few minutes distance. The way to the Old Town is a 10 minutes walk. Francois is a very cooperative host who cared for us at any time. Thanks a lot”
