There is an impressive, spacious open-plan living room/dining room and superbly equipped kitchen which overlooks the courtyard. The windows act as doors in this room so direct access into this area can be gained. There is a useful utility cupboard in the hall housing the washing machine.

This location is ideal for all the sights in the Old Town with the famous Grassmarket being less than a 10 minute walk away and the Castle itself is about a 15 minute walk. Princes Street is also a 15 minute walk away and there are a host of shops, restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk.
