It extends over 2 floors with a spacious sitting room, dining kitchen and bathroom on one floor and 2 bedrooms and shower room on the upper floor. The beautiful bright sitting room has an original fireplace (for decorative purposes only as it is not in operation), a double sofa bed and working shutters and overlooks the leafy street. The well equipped kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining table for 6 people. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms, the master with an ensuite shower room.

Bruntsfield is less than 1.5 miles south of Princes Street and is very well served by buses which take about 10 minutes to get to the centre. Within a 3 minute walk of the apartment are a host of bars, restaurants and shops and Napier University's Merchiston Campus is a 5 minute walk away.
