The apartment is accessed down a flight of steps from the street to it’s own front door. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is furnished in a sleek, contemporary style. The spacious living room has a fully furnished modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and washer/dryer. It has a large contemporary glass table, 3 leather sofas (one of which has a pull out bed), and a curved screen smart TV. All bedrooms have UK king-size beds windows while bedroom two has its own private outdoor patio area. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower over the bath. The two additional bedrooms are spacious and share a shower room which is accessed from the corridor.

Apart from being large & very stylish, with lovely high-tech additions such as heated bathroom floor, nest thermostat, Wi-Fi etc, the flat is perfectly located, a close walk to shops, restaurants, pubs, grocers, Waverley Station and airport tram. Immaculately clean and fitted out with everything you need, the kitchen is also well appointed and bedding very cosy and comfortable.
